Bugfixes:
- Fixed missing summon in Cult Enlightenment
- Fixed bodies of nightmare and destroyer - from now they are pushable
- Removed protection zone on exit teleport on Calassa
- Removed healing from Quara Predator Scout
- Nerfed experience gained from Destroyer and Plaguesmith
- Nerfed defense of Plaguesmith

Changes:
- Added ban time intervals as an option for Gamemasters depending on the offense (3/7/30 days - using a bot/tasker still lead into delete)
